Hackers steal $2m worth of CS:GO skins from collector




Anybody who performs Counter-Strike: International Offensive is aware of that it is a beauty collector first and first-person shooter second.


Some gamers take their beauty stock very severely, which they will purchase and promote for lots of of kilos.


Now one unlucky collector claims their complete stock – value an estimated $2m – has been stolen by hackers (thanks, PCGamesN).


In a tweet, the collector ohnePixel asserts this constituded “the most costly stock of all time”, which contained among the most legendary gadgets within the CS:GO meta.


The ‘no-star’ karambit and the ‘#1 blue gem’ variant of the karambit case-hardened knife is claimed to be value round $1.4m USD alone.


In accordance with ohnePixel, half of the stock has already been bought, with the opposite half being transferred to the hacker(s)’ Steam account and are at the moment on buying and selling maintain.


It is unclear how ohnePixel’s Steam account was compromised, however they are saying they’re now desperately making an attempt to achieve help workers at Valve to return management of their account.
