eFootball 2022 finally gets its mobile version in June

Cell sport eFootball PES 2021 relaunches as eFootball 2022 on 2nd June, Konami has introduced.

The heavily-delayed cellular model of the embattled eFootball 2022 arrives eight months after eFootball 2022 first launched and was broadly panned.

Additionally on 2nd June, the 1.1.0 replace for eFootball 2022 on PC and console comes out – the primary replace since season one launched in April. “Too little, too late,” was Eurogamer’s verdict.

Here is a trailer for eFootball’s season 1 replace.

Konami was obscure about what these updates truly do – in a tweet the corporate mentioned the brand new cellular sport replace consists of “new gameplay” and Dream Workforce. The console model replace provides enhancements for win/loss decision-making in on-line matches and server enhancements. There’s knowledge sharing between console and cellular variations within the works, too.

Season two kicks off on sixteenth June, “which will probably be accompanied by numerous in-game occasions,” Konami mentioned.

Konami remains to be choosing up the items after eFootball 2022’s disastrous launch. EA has confirmed its break up from FIFA for its sequence of soccer video games, with FIFA 23 set to be the final EA-developed FIFA sport. Might Konami give the FIFA licence a whirl?
